Important:

Insurance Requirements:  All vendors selling consumable goods (e.g. food/drink) are required to submit (2) Certificates of Insurance in the amount of $2M  minimum Liability Insurance. One certificate naming the Port Dover Board of Trade, Box 239, Port Dover ON N0A 1N0 as an additional insured during the festival and  the second naming The Corporation of Norfolk County, 50 Colborne St., Simcoe, ON N3Y 4H3 as an additional insured.

Vendors offering applied services (e.g. body piercing) need to submit certificate of insurance naming the Port Dover Board of Trade only (see details above).
 

Municipal Requirements: (30 days before event)

You must comply with the Special Event Safety Requirements and sign and return the form with your application.

If you are selling any food or drink items, you must complete the Haldimand-Norfolk Health Unit Food Provider Package and the Norfolk County Special Event Permit Business Licence.
